A few days before the new year, Emma made us dinner. 
She didn't do it alone mind you BUT she did a great job. For Christmas her Aunt Alisa and Uncle Rich gave her some cooking supplies and then her cousin Chris gave her this really cool cook book. She sat down with Brent and planned out an entire meal, menu, shopping list and plans and then they took off shopping to get everything. Brent said she was so great about shopping. Her menu included Oyster Poor Boys, Mac & Cheese, and Chocolate cake for dessert. She did pretty good I thought. She kinda lost interest about half way through and we had
to encourage her to keep going but I gotta say it was pretty tasty. She's becoming a pretty good chef for an eight year old! Way to go kid! Keep up the good work!
