La La La

 Emma has been going to choir with me since we started on our Easter music.  I really thought at first it was just for the treat and that it would fade but she seems to want something more.  I think it's really to spend more time with me, I mean what else could it possibly be?  Well that's what I would like to think!  Whatever the reason it's been a bit rocky.  One week she's mad for this reason and the next she's mad for another reason.  I finally figured out if I had her sit next to me and not next to her friends she doesn't come home mad!  Today has been an interesting day in the choir world.  Both Emma and I felt like we had done well with the music and we both brought home our music so we could practice during the week.  Ever since we got home Emma's been singing up a storm.  I love it.  It makes me smile.  She sounds like she's getting most of the notes and timing right and it really seems like she's invested.  It's been immensely gratifying, slightly prideful and totally fun listening to her muffled, behind closed door practicing.
