Spring Break this past year was one of the most fun Spring Breaks I ever remember having!!!! My cousin Lynnette and her kiddo's came to SD and we played and played and played! I wanted them so bad to see some of my favorite spots but I wanted them to be able to play on the beach as well. We ended up doing a ton of stuff like La Jolla cove, Hodads in Ocean Beach, seeing her brother Scotty in Bonita, Ikea, The Mormon Battalion, Mission Beach, Old Town and oh I'm sure there was more. These were just a few of my favorite shots from that week. I hope she comes back soon. There was nothing better than having fun girls nights painting our toe nails, getting advice on homeschooling, chatting it up about old times and how much our momma's are alike (there are sisters!) and over all just being together and sharing in that common bond of family. Courtney said she was wanting to come to La Jolla for school and I have it all worked out for her to have family dinner with us each Sunday!!! I love these guys like there were my own nieces and nephews and of course like Lynnette is my sister! I guess that's truly what family extended or not can become!
