Eunice and George go to the beach

A very long time ago, two little girls played house. One girl didn't really care about gender specifics and decided it would be ok to be the boy and she became for the afternoon, George. The other little girl liked the name Eunice and even though the first little girl didn't think it was a real name decided after much persuasion that the name would be ok. Now today when one girl calls the other girls house and asks for either George or Eunice, their loving husbands have come to realize that the caller does not have the wrong number but in fact it is just their wives childhood friend on the phone and is still using the term of endearment! Eunice is
Georges very oldest (longest) friend. At one point Eunice's Mom wasn't so sure that they should be the close friends that they were because she was concerned about George being 4 years older. In the end she couldn't keep them apart and now today Eunice and George are still playing house but for real and with their own families! Eunice is my very very sweet friend Shelly and I of course am George and yes we still do call each other by these names.

On April 3rd, Eunice called me up and told me that they were in town and wanted to play at the beach. Her hubby, sister and brother in law, brother and sister in law and their baby were all in town together because her brother was soon to be deployed and wanted to spend time together before he left. She invited us to play with them the next day on Mission Beach. Needless to say I dropped everything and went to play. It has been years and years since I saw her brother. We had a blast. It was a little foggy in the morning but it cleared and that water was a little cool but not bad. OH IT WAS A GREAT DAY! Even complete with a sand boob job! Eric you're a crack up! It really was a great day and I was sorry to see it end. By the way just in case anyone is wondering, Shelly is not prego in these pics, she's just holding her very cute niece asleep under her towel. Oh ya just one more thing, isn't Emma cute asleep in this pic! Hehe she had actually gotten in trouble and was in time out and fell asleep. I love the beach and how you can be in time out and fall asleep!
