I'm sure you all know by now how much I love pictures of Emma asleep. The other night we had been washing Emma's new fleece sheets. I knew she was tired but I was trying to get other things done and it was a Saturday night and of course with Church being later I don't really mind her staying up later than her normal bedtime.
I told her to lay on the couch and watch whatever it was that was on TV. I sorta didn't think she would fall asleep but sure enough this is what I found. I love the close up with the dramatic red against her face.
My friend Deanne gave me that blanket last year for Christmas and it is one of my most favorites. Oh how I love when little ones sleep! Just FYI I didn't let her stay like that. I moved her legs back down an then went back to work. By the time I had made her bed (and tried out her new sheets ;) she had her legs back up against the back of the couch! Silly Emma! I love you my princess.
