Life is terrific!

I sit this morning with a slight hangover! Not the hangover that you would expect the word to mean when you first say it. This hangover is a good thing. Yesterday I had one crazy day but it was spent with good friends and good honest laughter. My dear friend Jennie hosted a Valentine making party and before that Emma and I spent the afternoon with a friend from our old school. I didn't get home until midnight but it was terrific. I was thinking as I sit and listen to the rain and feel the cool breeze across my shoulders, about terrific things in my life. Yesterday, Tony and Jenn, Jennie and Brian, Mary, and Heidi-all terrific! You guys rock! I really had the best time yesterday. Brent my love, also terrific, you are the sweetest man ever. He never minds if I take off and have some good girl time even if I don't return to him until midnight. My sweet man even let me sleep in this morning and is with Emma at Karate without complaint! Emma my sweet heart of a daughter, you are terrific. You tag along with me on crazy journeys and make me laugh. Terrific! How is it that I am so blessed. When I add up all the terrific things in the last 24 hours I realize I have reason to sincerely thank my Heavenly Father. This life really is terrific!
