200th Post - Normal!
Today is Saturday. Nothing exciting happened today but I wanted to write about it. This morning we got up and went out on a garage sale hunt. We bought a few various non exciting things unless you consider and hedge trimmer, a Star Wars T-shirt, a My Little Pony VHS, and a paper shredder exciting. Actually Brent has a thing for paper shredders and well I guess Emma did find the video and t-shirt exciting. The we went to Lowe's and found a few plants like tomatoes, strawberries and a few herbs. Again nothing overly exciting but kinda fun for me to get to plant new things. I returned some games to a friend then came home and we cleaned the garage, planted our new plants and washed the car. Not terribly exciting. Then I made potato salad and Brent made ribs on the BBQ with Korean BBQ sauce. Okay, well that was pretty great but again not terribly overly exciting. I did the dishes and then worked on Enrichment stuff and then we put Emma to bed. The whole day all in all was very normal. It was one of the best days I've had for awhile! Everything was normal! We did things as a family today. We were not stressed. We (for the most part) were happy to be with one another. There was no where we had to be and no one we had to see and we did the things we wanted to do. When is life ever this way? Worry free, stress free, and spent with your family! The perfect day! Today was great and because this is my 200th post I wanted it to be "normal"!

I love it! And I think a find of a My Little Pony Video very exciting (my kids have a thing for horses, and LOVE My Little Pony) Thanks for sharing your wonderful "normal" day :)
Congrats on your 200th post. Blogging rocks. Best journal ever. I saw your dad the other day. I liked hearing about your garage sale finds. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has hung on to my crappy VHS's.
