This post was of course supposed to be done um forever ago but oh well! Brent had an early Father's day present from us. Since Father's Day lands on Sunday every year we went on Saturday and got him these awesome doughnuts! This place is in Escondido and is called
Peterson's Doughnut Corner. They have big ole fat doughnuts that are de-lish and are not even that expensive. I'm certainly not a doughnut aficionado but I've had one or two in my time and these are pretty darn good! I love that it's
open 24 hours a day and that you can walk right up to the counter that is outside and order without having to go into a shop. Both times I've been the people behind the counter were so friendly and this last time they explained a few things twice to us! Thanks Darlene for showing me this fun place so I could take Brent and Emma and Happy (very late post) Father's Day Babe!
