Birthday beach w/my sis

My sister and I have been together on our birthdays for the past several years now. Mine is the 9th and hers is the 10th. This one was just a little different. It started out with her planning on running a half marathon on her birthday and so we changed our weekend together to the one before. This birthday was great! There was so much we packed into one weekend. It started out at the beach. Anita is always difficult to shop for but this year I decided on a Boogie Board! That way she has to come back and use it here at the beach. It's a win win situation. No really I know she loves coming to see us. We played on the beach all day long. I biffed it a few times on my board and Emma biffed it a few times. It was packed. I love it when it's packed. I love to people watch behind my sunglasses. There's always those that you laugh at and those that you can tell are tourists. Emma and I had to leave to get to her Karate class but afterward we picked up Brent and some dinner and headed back to the beach where we had saved a pit to roast marshmallows and have smores! Yes we are in sweaters. The beach gets cold at night. All in all it was a great day however all day we wished that we had already gotten our Breaking Dawn books. All day we waited anxiously for the night to come so we could go buy the book. That's Angie, Anita's friend. It was her birthday too so Anita "made" her tag along. I love the beach at night. It is so great. Everyone goes home and you have a good part of the beach to yourself. The lifeguards come over the loud speaker and remind you of the rules. There were these people next to us that were bugging the crap out us though. They were like vultures waiting for the kill. They would not go farther than a few steps from our fire pit and they kept commenting on our pictures that we were taking. The second they saw us starting to pack up they moved in on our fire pit. Oh well I guess we can all get along!
