So nine years ago tonight I was tucked up in bed trying to sleep(and couldn't) because the next

morning I was getting married! So much has changed since that day 9 years ago. Starting with us, we have a six year old girl who we adore. (I know it sounds funny that we have only a six year old after 9 years of marriage but we have had a difficult time getting pregnant which in and of itself has been a big part of our marriage.) Mom and Anita have both lost a considerable amount of weight. Dad works somewhere different now. Karl and Sally's "little" girl is now a bright beautiful almost 10 year old.

Curtis is divorced, (bald!) remarried and now has three girls. Anita is in a serious relationship with a great guy. Roger is married, lives in Texas and has three kids. Trevor is nearly finished with college and married and has a little boy. Brent's Granddad has passed on since then. Dennis and Kathy no longer are ranch hands but now live in town. Alisa has a different job and every day Rich plugs along trying to hold on to his due to the economy. Chris Brent's niece, the cute little girl in the picture of Brent's family is now Sophomore at the University of Oklahoma (I think that's where she goes. Sorry Chris if I got it wrong).

Even my wedding line is so different. DiAnna is divorced and happily remarried with I think 3 kids. Since the wedding Kim's mom passed away and she has a couple of kids too and they live in Virginia. Robert has added to his family since the wedding with more kids and I know that Shelly has 4 kids and wants more. Angie is pregnant with her third and where they will put the

third in that tiny little condo I don't know (She's supermom! She'll make it work. I am just so proud of her and Nic for the way they are living it up!). Anyway... Even though so much has changed, I am so blessed to be married to the husband that the Lord most certainly intended for me. I have no doubt that Brent came into my life the way he did because it was the Lord's will. There has never been and never will be a shadow of doubt that he is the one I will spend my

eternities with. His love for me and mine for him amazes me so often. I really didn't know that I could feel or be given that kind of love. He truly is my dearest friend. I love you my dear sweet husband, so so much. Happy Anniversary!

happy anniversary!
Yea that is all nice and dandy but who said your family ants to spend the rest of eternity with this guy. Did you ever stop to think about that? Huh? I obviously didn't have to think about it because my wife is the greatest. Love Ya!
PS We are getting preapproved for a house morgage late this month, and will be able to close near the end of Jan.
*In his best Elvis voice* Thank you, Thank you very much.
Wow, that was a blast from the past. I remember laying on your bed while your face was lit with the glow of your computer screen while IMing your stud on ldsso. I remember the carnival date...the whirlwind proposal...the wedding and the cute italian restaurant on your honeymoon. Congrats guys. You have made a great life and nobody fills your condo like you do. Although there is a guy in there now who sweeps my carport everyday so he can stay.
I actually remember your anniversary! I can't say that about everyone, but yours sticks in my mind. I left your reception to see Debbie in the hospital. My neice Shelby was born that day. Also, Jess and I met two days later. So today is nine years since the day we met. Anyway, Happy Anniversary and I loved the update you did on everyone in your wedding pictures! :-)
Congrats! I never saw wedding pictures since I was so far away. You looked beautiful (and still do)! Happy Anniversary!
Congratulations to you two. We're so happy for your blessings and for how life has grown with you. We love you!
