Dinner with the Walkers
O
h how we love the Walkers. Saturday night Camtu invited us over for the evening. It was terrific. I of course loved the food but I love being with the kids too. Each of the kids have such a different personality and keep us con
tinually on our feet. I can't imagine how Camtu does it alone. She is amazing. She works full time and goes to school full time or least a lot and has so much love for her beautiful family. Plus she is a faithful member of the church and still has enough room to serve. I am continually blesse
d by just having her as a friend. The other day in Relief Society we were talking in smaller groups about trials and how the gospel helps us through those. Camtu and I were sitting next to one another and each of the women had contributed to the conversation. Camtu said something that I am not sure I will ever be ab
le to forget. It's something I actually am going to try very hard to remember in my every day. It's very simple really but when she said it I was blown away. All she said was that she tries to remind herself that "she's enough". I love it. It's true. I am enough. I don't have to be more for my Savior to love me. I don't have to be more for my family to love me. Sometimes I forget that the gospel can be simple. Well Camtu reminded me. I think I might post that on my mirror, "I'm enough!" Thanks Camtu you are one awe inspiring woman and I love you and your family so much!
