Mother Training!

Emma is getting to the age where I can start to teach her things like sewing and cooking. The fun thing about it is that she wants to learn. Thebear was pretty fun to work with her on. The poor bear had popped a seam and it was easy enough to get to. I didn't really think about it being all fuzzy and hard to see but she worked on it really well. Way to go Emma. Someday you can do it all by yourself! The other pictures are of her cooking. We were having taco's. The pictures are a little old and I have been hanging on for them for some reason for awhile. Oh well their getting blogged right? She has been so into what I do lately and I love ever minute of it because not only have I been able to have her learn new things like this but she can take on bigger responsibilities such as unloading the clean dishes and making her own bed and keeping her bathroom clean. No one ever told me that there would be a time when I would stop doing things and she would start. I'm sure other mothers feel this same feeling I have as well. Little by little your child starts learning for themselves and you have to back off and let them learn. Ok I get that and I am happy to let that happen but no one told me about the child doing some of your house work for you!!! I love that part!
