(The next several blog posts will have a separate date stating when things actually happened. I'm way behind and I want to make sure they are dated somewhat correctly. Also they will probably be grouped together under the same post date so that I can get everything in before the end of the year.) Emma had her first piano recital!
She was so nervous and I can't say I blame her really. I remember playing violin in front of people when I was her age and it freaked me out too. She had no reason to be nervous though, she did great! Bren and I love love love her piano teacher Jessica Blattman. She's so patient with Emma and makes her feel like she's so important. Emma and Jessica played Shepherds Song by Beethoven together for her performance piece and made not one mistake. Keep up the great work Emma. I know you can do it. We're so proud of all you've learned so far!
