The carpet guys just came to finish the carpet. Yes, it was soooo much later than promised. We had Christmas with cruddy floors and we weren't the worst for wear with it like that. I was ticked off earlier about them not coming back when promised but after so much talk about this and that with both the carpet people and our own complex, I now realize that no one talks to anyone and everyone assumes responsibility for nothing! Alas, it is finished and soon my carpet will be dry from the cleaning. My dining room will be reassembled and all will be forgotten!
