Thanksgiving fell on Wednesday night this year. No? It didn't? It did at the Ross house. Anita was flying out to see her man, Curtis' family and Trevor's family both had commitments with their spouses families and so we could all be together to celebrate, I got coerced into making Thanksgiving dinner while everyone else worked all day Wednesday. It wasn't as bad as I dreamed it was going to be in part because the rolls were pre made and frozen and my mom got off work early. Plus the biggest help was my sweet husband who always is willing to jump in and get his hands filled with turkey! It was a really pretty good day all in all. The girls had had a sleep over at Grandma's the night before and Trevor and the boys came to play the day with us while we prepped for turkey. I ended up not really making the whole meal alone and it was fantastic to be together with everyone before Anita was rushed off to the airport that night. Well here are a few (again) of my favorite pictures. Some have comments and some, well, some don't!

This picture makes me totally laugh. Click on the picture and look at Gavin's hands. He's got a spoon AND crayons plus the binki in the mouth! So cute! That kids' gonna be a lady killer someday!

Grandpa's birthday was the next day but he got some of his presents a little early. Hot sauce...it runs in his veins!

This is Anita's dog Pudge. This was the funniest thing to watch that dog trying in EARNEST to get to Gavins tray. It was a tight squeeze but he just keep trying at it! Got love the dog for trying but you don't gotta love the smell that comes after him when he's succeeded!

Poor Emma, I didn't realize she had her button done all the way up until I saw these pictures. Guess I was a little preoccupied with getting dinner on the table. I love the great smiles on both of them. So sweet!

This is one of those pictures that Brent doesn't want on the blog but seeing that it was impromptu and that I have a really good smile and like the way I look in the picture kinda means that it gets added in because I typically don't like the way I look in pictures. Sorry Hun! next time I promise you a more flattering picture.

Awh my sweet nieces! Still can't believe that they are going into their teen age years.
IT"S TOO FAST!

This is a pretty good pic I thought. Especially after I touched it up a bit with photo shop!

Emma is obsessed with cell phones. It's kinda driving me crazy. EVERY TIME someone would have their phone out and be playing on it she was all over them. On the way to Vegas she completely wore down Anita's phone battery because she played on it the whole time. She asked the other day when she was going to get her own and I wanted to scream from the roof tops! She just doesn't need one right now. Need vs. Want...Need will always win!

Hehe Pudge again. Just makes me giggle thinking about him and his "desperate longing looks of hope"!

HA sorry hunny this isn't the flattering picture I promised you. I thought Curtis and Heather were so cute in this and was trying to get a picture of them when Brent leaned in. I can't believe I got him so focused!

Oh Gavin! You're so sweet!

K this picture made the cut only because it is typical Craig. He wants so bad to be a big boy like the other kids but he just doesn't QUITE have the motor skills to keep up with the others. He does great on his own and he will be fine in a year or so I'm positive but when gaming with Craiger it ususally ends up with him finding some other way to entertain himself!

Just thought this one was cute!

Thought this one was pretty cute too even if I got a glare!
And that's Thanksgiving!
